How to Remove the “ick” in Breaking Down Goals into Manageable Steps

Updated: May 6, 2020

Goals
Goals

As I mentioned in my previous blog,

6 Tips to Sticking to a New Year’s Resolution I am a big believer in working with the clearing energy that the beginning of a New Year brings. Sticking to a resolution needs to be something that translates to fun or satisfaction in some way, or it won’t fly. Once you have committed to a resolution, it’s time to break it down into manageable bite-sized pieces and I have stumbled on a most perfect tool to do so.

Recommended Workbook:

This year due to the magnitude of my goal in mastering social media for my business, I knew I was going to need help and luckily for me I was recommended the following very fun and playful workbook written by Leonie Dawson, My Shining Year Biz or Life Goals Workbook that takes the “ick” out of business strategy or life goal planning and injects a dollop of “quirky”.

I have only just begun with my workbook but I can attest this is going to catapult me forward as it will you as well, if you let it. I was too excited not to share this all with you. After all I believe in divine timing and this just didn’t pop up now, for nothing.

Statistics:

As stated in the workbook, Leonie Dawson shares that 80% of people have NO goals, 16% of people think of goals but do NOT write them down, and just 4% of the population write their goals down and of these only 1% write down their goals and regularly review them. That 1% are among the highest-achieving people in the population!

I’m pretty sure that I am not alone in thinking that I want to be one of them. CHEERS to your success in the upcoming year.

Michelle Rose :)
